A new back country ski group is forming. An informal meeting will take place Sunday, December 20 at 6pm at Lutsen Recreation. Below is a message from the founding member:
I am an avid BC skier and I see so much potential in our sawtooth mountains for great backcountry skiing. I am seeking individuals, businesses and other groups who would like to advocate, organize and work to see the Sawtooths become a regional destination for off piste skiing. If hut to hut skiing, gladed downhill runs and a happening BC scene on the shore appeal to you, please consider coming to an informal gathering/meeting Sunday, December 20, 6:00PM at Lutsen Recreation, Inc. 245 Ski Hill Rd., Lutsen, MN. Feel free to contact me if you are interested but can not attend. Thanks and here’s to fresh turns in the Arrowhead!!
